Training & Events Co-Ordinator

The Galway Film Centre, a resource organisation for filmmakers and administers, have now opened applications for the new position.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. The role is responsible for the development of a training and events strategy, and a programming of workshops, courses, seminars, conferences and schemes to address the needs of professionals and build capacity in the Film, TV, Animation and Games Industries.

Galway Film Centre require that the highly motivated and can liaise effectively with creative professionals and companies to assess critical needs and work with national agencies, funding bodies, partners and facilitators to design, budget, plan, market and deliver training and events to meet those needs.

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, first-rate project management skills, be a proficient multi-tasker and be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
