TV3 require a Partnerships Account Manager
Main Purpose of Job
This is a challenging, varied and exciting role which involves selling and implementing sponsorship and branded content campaigns across TV3 Group as part of the Virgin Media Solutions team.
Responsible to: Brand Partnerships Manager
Liaison with: Customers & Colleagues
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of all non-spot activity for your assigned agency groups
- Actively producing and selling sponsorships, promotions, product placement and other branded content opportunities
- Demonstrating innovation and creativity through delivering “media firsts” for clients
- Work closely with the digital sales manager to create total communications packages for clients across all TV3 platforms
- Responding to advertisers briefs in a creative and timely fashion
- Presenting ideas to clients and competitively pitching against other media owners to win new business
- Ensuring thorough implementation of all brand partnership deals
- Participating in weekly meetings with internal departments – programming/production
- Regular financial reporting and forecasting
- Ensuring timely billing of all campaigns each month
- Ensuring all sponsorship contracts/ billing information is up to date each month

Employee Specification
Essential
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a media sales role
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Sponsorship/AFP/Solutions sales role
- A degree in Marketing/Advertising
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have an excellent understanding of broadcast sponsorship and its role in the marketing mix
- Will be highly creative and proactive in order to maximise the number of partnerships across TV3 Group
- Must have a strong understanding of clients’ brand objectives and be able to develop relationships with marketing and brand managers/directors as well as advertising agency executives
- Will have an exceptional understanding of TV3’s brand and product make-up (programme schedule)
- Excellent reporting and analysis skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent Time Management and Organisation Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Flexibility towards working hours
- Be target driven in a sales environment
Desirable
- AFP or TV branded content experience
- Digital Sales Experience
