Eurotek requires ADM-SA1 Sales Administration/Logistics

Our customers include Ireland’s Television Broadcasters, large corporate organisations, Digital-Out-Of-Home content providers, animation companies, and any organisation that has a requirement to communicate using visual technology.

Role
We require a strong individual to look after the logistics and administration of the sales order process, reporting to the Office Manager. The role entails the placing of orders with suppliers, managing the delivery dates to suit the project, liaising with the sales, accounts, and project installation teams, and managing the warehouse goods inwards/outwards logistics. A methodical and organised approach to order tracking and management is essential, and excellent verbal and written communications skills are vital to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The ability to manually lift/move items up to 25Kg, and to keep a small warehouse tidy and organised, is essential. Experience with a computerised ordering system is required, experience with SAP Business1 is a distinct advantage. Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Salary: €30K
