The role involves:
Business Development – developing lasting business relationships and expertly applying your knowledge and skills to grow the business
Client Management – becoming a trusted advisor, keeping clients updated of industry trends, account management and negotiation
Candidate Service – delivering a true consultancy service, offering advice on how your candidates best present their knowledge and experience, to help them take the next step in their career.
Quality Compliance – driving the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures
