Main Purpose of Job This is a challenging, varied and exciting role which involves selling and implementing promotional campaigns and outside broadcasts across TV3 Group
Responsible to:Sponsorship and Promotions Manager
Liaison with: Customers & Colleagues
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for day to day engagement with new and existing promotional clients
• Commercially aware and target driven
• Pro active in terms of reaching Promotions monthly targets
• Actively producing and selling sponsorship, promotions, outside broadcast and branded content opportunities
• Responding to advertisers briefs in a creative and timely fashion
• Ensuring thorough implementation of all promotions deals
• Participating in weekly meetings with internal departments – programming/production
• Ensuring timely billing of all promotions deals each month
• Responsible for creating and updating all promotions contracts/ billing information each month
• Preparing monthly promotions information for TV3 trade communication

• A degree/diploma in Marketing/Advertising/PR
• Excellent communication skills both
oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent Time Management and Organisation Skills
• Ability to multi- task and work to deadlines
• Flexibility towards working hours
• Excellent creativity and influencing skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Be target driven in a sales environment
Desirable
• A relevant Masters Degree
• At least 2 years experience in a media sales role or PR role
