Reporting directly to the Head of the Commercial Department the primary function of this role is to ensure monthly commercial premises subscription payments are collected in full and on time.

Duties;

• Monitoring & reviewing debtor activity with a view to maximising collections.
• Dealing efficiently with incoming calls & correspondence from debtors & clients.
• Monitoring/ensuring debtors are operating within agreed repayment schedules.
• Preparation of monthly subscription and financial reports for senior management.
• Contacting customers by telephone and email whose accounts are in arrears.
• Deal with Invoice and billing queries.
• Liaising with call center on a daily basis to ensure best practice.
• Supplying administrative support to the commercial premises sales team and management.

Key requirements:

• Candidate must have excellent numeric and excel skills.
• Be well organized and have a good telephone manner.
• Two years relevant experience.
• Third level qualification
