Office Production Co-ordinator
High Res are an award winning creative design house, primarily providing client services, on a local and international level, across the film and television industry.
High Res are seeking an experienced office production co-ordinator to join our in-house team to support our producers and designers in the delivery of a number of upcoming large scale film & broadcast projects.
The position requires a communicative individual with the ability to build relationships with both creative talent and clients. The successful candidate would be responsible for administrative tasks such as booking and managing creative teams, compiling crew call sheets, travel itineraries, shoot schedules, NDA’s, deal memos, as well as typical office duties.
This role requires a candidate with a positive attitude and with the ability to respond efficiently to requests and to ensure that project goals are met on time. The successful candidate requires a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage solid working relationships with freelance talent
- Issue detailed trip itineraries and call sheets inclusive of air, hotel, ground transportation details
- Keep track on where key crew are and what their availability looks like at any given time
- Assist with deal memos, crew quotations and budget management
- Oversee crew billing from advance to final invoicing
- Assist with crew requirements such as visas, work permits, certs etc.
- Support with Section 481 skills training administration work
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Proven professional experience working within the creative industries
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with clients, studio and network executives
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Time management abilities to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the know how to follow up and follow through
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and be reactive to last minute changes
- Ability to work unsupervised and to a high standard
- This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
