We are looking for VFX Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, responsible for the production of visual effects for both film and television series. We are working remotely due to COVID-19, however, relocating to Dublin would be essential when we are able to open our doors again.


  • Work collaboratively with directors, creative and technical teams, and production delivering photo-real work for both films and television series.
  • Responsible for quality control of all VFX work, aesthetic consistency, and technical standards across departments.
  • Enforce standards through, mentoring, team meetings, and dailies.
  • Diplomatically guide Directors towards VFX solutions that will efficiently gain final approval while delivering on the artistic brief.
  • Establish a strong and flexible pipeline and workflow, enabling artists to focus on artistic issues by removing technical hindrances.
  • Identify additional tools necessary for production; find and develop solutions in collaboration with the TDs.
  • Support the coordination team in order to maintain the pipeline’s efficiency and allow the artists and TDs to achieve their production objectives and deadlines.
  • Lead meetings with VFX Departments, relating all Directorial, Editorial notes and address artistic/technical issues.
  • Be actively involved in the recruitment process in collaboration with HR to identify key members of the crew.


  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a VFX supervisor
  • Extensive knowledge of VFX production and pipeline
  • Thorough understanding of film production and on-set experience
  • Experience with recruitment, training, and supervising artists
  • Knowledge of various 2D/3D software
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to supervise and assign tasks to the production team
  • Available to work in the EU and willing to relocate to Dublin, Ireland.
