Beyond Distribution is a leading independent distributor of world-class television content with offices in Sydney, London and Dublin. We seek a highly motivated team player to serve as Contracts Manager based in our Dublin office.
This is a temporary assignment to support the team during a Maternity Leave (12 months approx.)
The Role
- Creation of Licence Agreements and their provision to Licensees
- Perform multiple areas of contract management and administration
- Review and confirm the terms and conditions on all deals and liaise with Beyond’s Sales and Legal Staff and the Licensees regarding any issues.
- Receipt of client Licence Agreements and review of terms to ensure they reflect Beyond’s negotiated position
- Monitor the progress of all Agreements to final execution
- Ensure that all Agreements are executed in a timely manner and according to established benchmarks
- Update Beyond database to indicate progress of Agreements to execution
The Candidate
Will have similar experience in a previous role of contract administration, preferably within a media company.
You will have excellent Mircosoft office skills, a high level of written and verbal communications skills and a proven track record of client liaison, preferably in an international environment
You will be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail, able to prioritise, multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a team environment. You will be focused, self-motivated and very detailed oriented.
