Egg Post Production require Accounts Administrator/Office Manager Egg Post Production
We are an owner managed Post Production company based in Central Dublin looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator / Office Manager to assist the Company owners and CFO in their management and smooth running of the business as it continues to expand its activities in Production and Post Production.

Accounts Administrator Duties
- Updating and posting supplier and client invoices to Sage
- Posting supplier payments and customer receipts to Sage
- Credit Control
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of Vat returns
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Processing and maintenance of petty cash and credit card expenses
- Preparing ad-hoc reports.
- Managing department purchasing
Office Manager Duties
- Point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Liaise with clients directly or through relevant manager to resolve queries or obtain further information
- Provide support to bookings staff
- Assisting with employee tax and payroll enquiries
- Co-ordination of all matters relating to the maintenance of the building
- Liaison with all general office, energy and equipment suppliers
You will need approx 2 years plus bookkeeping experience with a keen interest in further developing your accounting knowledge whilst expanding your general activity base in Office Management.
A dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills is a must whilst on a technical level it is important to have a head for numbers with a good grounding in general bookkeeping duties. A good knowledge of Sage (or equivalent) and MS Excel is essential.
