The individual is required to have:

• A wide knowledge of the Broadcast Media Industry
• Good computer and technology skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An exceptionally good memory and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent social media skills
• The ability to give and take direction
• Patience and be hard-working, professional and diplomatic at all times
• Fluency in oral and written English a prerequisite along with valid working visa for Ireland

The role involves:

• First point of contact for both clients and candidates contacting Production People
• Acquiring detailed role descriptions and contact details from existing and potential clients
• Responding to daily telephone and email correspondence and dealing with queries
• Maintaining all aspects of the database ensuring information is correctly input for proper search and retrieval
• Setting up internal interviews for candidates wishing to register with us
• Co-ordinating incoming and regular job requests with candidates already registered on our books
• Placing individuals into suitable job positions and making last minute replacements when necessary
• Liaising with clients and individual client departments to convey relevant information
• Administration support in terms of maintaining diaries, filing, assisting with timesheets and payroll 
• Ongoing promotion of the company through social media and marketing initiatives
• Creating and updating content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ etc and also company website
• Developing new business and brand awareness through ongoing positive PR incentives
• Carrying out other relevant role-related duties as they become evident, which is not exhaustible to this list

Education Qualifications, Salary and Work Environment:

A degree/qualification in Arts, English, Film, Communications or Media Studies combined with an active interest in film, television, commercials, media and broadcasting is essential.  The person must be able to work in a pressurised environment where customer service is paramount.  Hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday but flexibility would be required to work occasional extra hours which could include evenings and weekends.  Salary based on the level of skills and experience you bring that will enhance and enrich our business environment.
