SIDELINE Productions in Dublin is seeking an experienced Food Producer for Season 3 of the Great Irish Bake Off. The new series will once again play a major part in the autumn schedule of Ireland’s No.1 commercial broadcaster TV3.
The successful candidate will already have a track record as a TV producer working on high profile food shows displaying a mature personality within a high pressure location environment. Your vital role includes developing and creating baking challenges with the two judges; researching and pitching ‘themes’ for shows plus costing, planning and buying in all the ingredients. You are up to date on all issues regarding hygiene plus health & safety within a busy kitchen environment and a background in baking or cooking always a plus. You should have a clean driver’s licence and be capable of working on your own steam with a small kitchen team to help you achieve the highest standards required.

ASSISTANT PRODUCER
SIDELINE Productions in Dublin is seeking an experienced fact Ent / lifestyle Assistant Producer for Season 3 of the Great Irish Bake Off. The new series will once again play a major part in the autumn schedule of Ireland’s No.1 commercial broadcaster TV3.
The preferred candidate will already have an emerging career gained from working on large scale prime-time shows – and credits on studio location food shows an advantage. You will play an important role from final casting to working within a high pressure location environment plus liaising with the TV3 press office and coordinating social media for the final TX. An ability to spot and develop stories within the cast plus interview contestants with a view to the edit a plus.
Working between our office in Dublin 6 and a busy studio on location in Co. Wicklow, the role best suits an applicant with a strong work ethic and positive personality that thrives on being at the centre of a big successful production. Your wide range of skills will be gained working within the best Irish / UK prodcos and/or broadcasters on some of the biggest TV formats in Irish and /or UK TV. We have the building blocks already in place from a successful Series 1 and 2 but now we need a brilliant AP to work with senior members of the team to maintain the highest creative, technical and editorial standards across all facets of the production.
