The Gallery PA’s main responsibility is to ensure that live programming runs to time. This involves liaising with senior editorial and operational staff.

Duties include:

• filing music returns
• organising runner and autocue rosters
• archiving running orders
• general office administration support for the Production Team.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• excellent time management.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills
• Must have experience of live studio.
• Previous experience using iNews is a distinct advantage.
