Gallery Production Assistant - TV3
There is an immediate opening for a Gallery Production Assistant.
The following is a summary of the primary requirements of the job.
The Gallery PA’s main duty is to ensure that live programming runs to time. This involves liaising with senior editorial and operational staff. Other duties include organising window keys for the bulletins, filing music returns, organising newsroom runner and autocue rosters, booking accommodation for news personnel and archiving running orders.
The position requires the following qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- An interest in current affairs
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literacy
Previous experience in a live gallery environment would be a distinct advantage.
