Brown Bag Films are looking to recruit an experienced QC supervisor to provide quality control on all content leaving the studio.

Duties include
• QC all files leaving the building – audio and visual
• QC all tapes mastered in the studio
• Delivery of all interim and final master files in whatever format required by the client
• Communicate with Supervisor on status of all files
• Documenting all processes and locations of files
• Keep up to date with latest technologies, compressions, file types etc.
• Encoding of movies and DVDs
• Labelling all tapes
• Keeping the library up to date

This is a challenging role which involves managing a high workload and working to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

• Previous experience of co-ordinating dubbing and mastering projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and strong administration experience are essential.
• Technical knowledge of file based delivery including HD and SD and knowledge of a wide variety of different file formats.
• Experience of working within animation would be an advantage.
