Netflix have announced a second round of their Documentary Talent Development Fund, this time on the theme of Connection. They have five funds of £30,000 to make a short documentary film between 8-12 minutes long and selected filmmakers will benefit from the guidance of Netflix and other filmmaking professionals.

The fund closes on 16th February. Guests are invited to join at this special screening event to watch some of the final films from last year’s scheme, followed by a Q and A with fund producers Elisabeth Hopper and Daisy Ifama (who were also funded as part of the inaugural year of the scheme). Hear more about the application process, get your burning questions answered, and enjoy an afternoon of brilliant short films.

Applications for the Netflix Documentary Talent fund opened on 16th January and will close on 16th February at 1pm. Read the guidelines, F.A.Q’s and make an application here: https://www.netflixdocfund.co.uk
