DocCelerator Galway 14th & 15th October 2024
In association with Paradiddle Pictures and Coimisiún na Meán, MEDIA Office Galway will host a DocCelerator workshop in Galway on the 14th and 15th October, 2024. If you are a documentary maker wanting a more focused story and a clearer dramaturgical structure for your project this format is for you. The workshop is led by Geoffrey Smith and Ove Rishøj Jensen. It is recommended that you take part in DocCelerator as a team of producer and director or other key creative team member. Apply by 6th September 2024.

MEDIA Stand at MIPCOM – Register Early for a Discount
media-stands.eu has opened registrations for the Creative Europe MEDIA stand at MIPCOM, the entertainment and content market in Cannes from 21 – 24 October 2024. Applicants can benefit from an early bird discount for MIPCOM and MIP Junior. Register by 12th August to receive the early bird rates of €820 for MIPCOM and €740 for MIP Junior. After 12th August, the rates increase to €870 for MIPCOM and €810 for MIP Junior (excluding VAT). The final deadline for registration is 21st September but places go fast so sign up as soon as possible!
MEDIA Supported Training: EAVE Producers Workshop 2025
Applications are now open for EAVE Producers Workshop 2025. EAVE welcomes applicants from established producers in fiction, documentary, and TV series as well as professionals from commissioning, funding, legal and finance, festivals & markets, media administration. Expand your knowledge of producing and co-producing in Europe and build a pan-European professional network. Deadline to apply is 19th August, 2024.
