After the success of previous schemes such as Síol and Údar,TG4 are looking for talented TV drama directors to come on board with its new initiative ‘Scéal’.
The development scheme offers talented new Irish-speaking writers and directors an opportunity to adapt a well-known piece of Irish language literature for television. TG4 are currently looking for qualified directors who want to take on a rewarding creative challenge where they will be given the chance to direct prepared high-quality TV dramas from writers such as P.H. Pearse, Eibhlín Dhubh Ní Chonaill amongst others. Shooting for the dramas in scheduled to begin in April of next year.
