Malenkov, a Russian official deflects to the West. A team led by Wargrave, is sent out to track him down. When caught, Malenkov reveals that he left because the Russians are developing a biological warfare programme. The men decide that Malenkov must act as a bait so that they can ferret out all the secret agents in Europe, and eventually put a stop to the plan.
