« Go back
The remarkable story of an Irish doctor and scientist who has spent the past 25 years working in African villages battling poverty, suffering and some of the deadliest disease on Earth. Dubliner Mike Meeganís journey is one of hope and healing. He rages against the injustice and corruption he sees all around him but says this is the very reason that Africans must be helped in their daily battles with hunger, Aids, malaria and TB. And he shows how Africans themselves can be empowered to solve Africaís problems.
