The Global Beats Christmas Special chronicles the performance highlights of The Festival of World Cultures 2004 which took place in Dun Laoghaire in late August. But that’s not all! As part of the Global Beats Christmas Special an evening of entertainment was recorded live at Crawdaddy in front of an invited audience with some surprise interviewees including singer songwriter Mark Geary and journalist Leagues O’Toole, alongside vibrant performances from traditional Irish band Kila.
