Screen Training Ireland - Traditional Tailoring for Costume - Application Deadline

This programme, taking place over six consecutive Saturdays over July and August (9th, 16th and 23rd of July, 6th, 13th and 20th of August), aims to give costume personnel a practical grounding in traditional tailoring techniques, which can be applied to tailoring for all periods.
The programme will kick off on the first morning with a lecture on the last 200 years of menswear from costume designer Eimer Ní Mhaoldomhnaigh. This will be followed by a series of practical weekly workshops led by Gillian Carew, during which participants will make a tailored jacket encompassing many basic and advanced tailoring techniques.

So if your film fits the bill, now is the time to prepare your entries as submissions are open for Irish short documentaries (under 20 minutes), and Irish feature length documentaries (over 60 minutes).
