Galway Film Centre is now accepting applications from Galway filmmakers for the ‘Lofoten Docs 2018 | Documentary Talent Film Camp’.
The camp will take place in Lofoten in northern Norway from 5th to 19th July. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 30 (approx.) with at least three filmmaking credits.

All costs of flights, accommodation and food are covered by both Galway Film Centre and Screen Talent Europe. Participants will also receive a weekly stipend for their time in Norway.

The ‘Lofoten Docs 2018 | Documentary Talent Film Camp’ is developed and coordinated by the Filmveksthuset Tvibit in Tromsø. Filmveksthuset Tvibit and Galway Film Centre are both proud members of the Screen Talent Europe; a network of film workshops and media centres in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Faroe Islands, Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland and France. The purpose of the network is to promote and foster co-operation between partners and to help filmmakers exchange knowledge, experiences and methods through talent camps, network meetings and co-productions.
