Moonstone has confirmed that five of its alumni have been awarded funding from the MEDIA New Talent Scheme:

Kevin Liddy, A Time For Everything (Newgrange Pictures Ltd)
John McIlduff, East Belfast Yacht Club (Raw Nerve Productions Ltd)
Francis Turnly, The Devil's Work (Amp Polska)
Moonstone’s Artistic Director Jean-Luc Ormières, commenting said: ‘We are thrilled that this number of Moonstone projects have been selected for the MEDIA New Talent Scheme. We wish all of the beneficiaries of the New Talent Scheme every success with their projects in the future.’
Moonstone International will be holding its next Screenwriters’ Lab in November 2006, and its next Filmmakers’ Lab in February 2007. The deadline for the Screenwriters’ Lab applications is 1 September 2006. The deadline for the Filmmakers’ Lab applications is 8 September 2006.
