The new six-part series will premiere on TV3 next Friday August 19th at 8:30pm.

Over three months Hayes will become a canine carer volunteer while working with the staff of Dogs Trust, one of Ireland and the UK’s largest dog welfare charities.

The show will follow featured dogs on their journey from rescue to rehabilitation, and finding new homes.

Hayes will take an active part in the rehabilitation of the dogs, alongside veterinary staff and volunteers. Her previous work includes presenting TV3’s ‘Animal A&E’ and Dublin’s Sunshine 106.8 in radio.
