Talented Kids Performing Arts School and MVW Talent Agency to recommence classes from August 28

Talented Kids Performing Arts School and MVW Talent Agency, Ireland will recommence classes from Friday 28th August Scoil Mhuire, Clondalkin and Saturday 29th August in Kilcullen Community Centre.

The school’s classes are varied and include:

  • Singing
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Modelling
  • Musical Theatre

All classes are open to boys and girls from aged three years up to 19 in the Kilcullen area and from three years of age up to Adults in the Clondalkin area.

This year anyone who enrols for classes before 26th September will also have the opportunity to perform in the school’s Variety Showcase this coming November which will be held at the Olympia Theatre.

Students of all ages (babies - adults) can also avail of being represented by MVW Talent Agency.

Credits include students and clients of all ages in leading roles in: feature films including Oscar-nominated ‘Philomena’, soon to be released ‘Sing Street’ and ‘Mad Mary’, IFTA-winning ‘Patrick’s Day’ and award-winning horror film ‘The Canal’, among many others.

Students and clients have also been cast in multi-award winning shorts which include films shows on RTÉ Shorts as well as premiering at festivals around the world. The school and agency also has TV dramas with clients in regular roles including ‘Fair City’, where they currently have five students. Drama teacher Johnny Ward starred as Paulie in last year’s season of ‘Love/Hate’ and he has just returned from filming in South Africa for a television series for HBO. The agency also has featured roles on IFTA and BAFTA award-winning ‘Roy’ on BBC. They also have credits in numerous television and radio commercials including Tesco, ALDI, LIDL, MiWadi, McDonalds, Bord Failte, Toyota, Vodafone and Carrs.

The recent animated feature film ‘Two By Two’ which was released to cinemas worldwide starred Callum Maloney and Ava Connolly in the leading voice roles.

Client Gabrielle Leleu is also well-known in Irish television for being a regular ‘mini- presenter’ on Swipe TV, RTE Radio and Elev8.

Many of the students at the Talented Kids Performing Arts School also returned with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals from the World Championships Of Performing Arts which was held in Hollywood in July. Susie Power was crowned Overall Actor of the World at the live final showcase which was broadcast all over the world. She won the accolade competing against children from over 50 countries worldwide.

Lucy Watson from Clane was also a grand finalist at the World Championships for Modelling.

The school’s classes are taught by experienced and qualified professionals in what is described as a friendly and encouraging atmosphere, helping them to develop strong confidence in their ability.
