'Red Rock', 'The Algorithm', 'Renovation Nation' among strong January line-up.
TV3 launch 15 new shows in January, including game show ‘The Algorithm’ presented by Ray Foley, ‘Renovation Nation’, presented by Laura Woods, ‘Donal McIntyre’s Breaking Crime’, ‘Songs of Inspiration’ which is presented by Sile Seoige, ‘The Restaurant’ and Ireland’s newest home-produced drama serial ‘Red Rock’ the new Element-produced soap. Irish audiences can also look forward to Irish versions of the hugely successful ‘Gogglebox’ and ‘Blind Date’.
TV3’s new schedule includes over 50% Irish produced content for 2015; TV3 also have the exclusive rights to the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
In a release in December, TV3 also announced that the channel is 'closing the gap on RTÉ by 4.7%. TV3 recorded a Group share of 13.4% for 2014. TV3’s Autumn schedule proved a huge success, driven by more originated content and boosting TV3’s Group share by 3.9% for Adults 15+'.
