This two day course offers production managers and accounts an opportunity to expand on their knowledge of budgeting and cost control for drama.

Participants will have the opportunity to analyse a production budget in some detail and then consider the cost reporting and control mechanisms required to remain within budget.

Areas covered include:-

- Detailed budget breakdowns
- Reading and understanding the cost implications of a schedule and re-schedule
- Defending the budget to a programme Finance Manager
- Cost reporting systems
- Cost control errors
- Foreign currencies
