The current module is runs in Lisbon from November 17th-20th and is the final in a six-month series of bespoke training for participating companies.
The Lisbon Module features a seminar on How to Find an International Audience for your Film for Portuguese Producers and Screen Leaders on Friday, November 18th, followed by a networking reception. It also includes a case study on Deadpan Pictures from past participant Paul Donovan.
As a whole, the programme has enabled participating companies to develop an execution-led strategic plan for their business. It has involved company meetings and one-to-one mentorship focusing on strategy and leadership, culture and team buildings, among other key topics.
