Sound team nominated for Cinema Audio Society Awards.

Northern Irish sound mixer Ronan Hill has received his sixth consecutive Cinema Audio Society Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing, for his work on Game of Thrones season 6 "Battle of the Bastards".

Ronan has won the CAS award for the last three years and he won his third Primetime Emmy for this episode in  September last year.

The 53rd Annual CAS Awards will be held on Saturday 17^th February 2017 in Los Angeles, California.

On the nomination, Ronan said, " I feel hugely honoured to receive another CAS nomination as the awards are voted for by my peers. ‘Battle of the Bastards’ was an epic episode. It was brilliantly written and directed.

The crew on Dragon Unit realised its potential and the production sound and post  sound teams helped it come alive. "
