Wicklow-based equipment suppliers The Production Depot is prepping for a busy 2013 by stocking up on new equipment, and parting ways with some existing cameras.
The rental facility has a number of cameras for sale, such as Red MX and Red One camera kits and accessories ,Sony HXR-MC1P HD cameras and Hawkwoods V-Lock Batteries and chargers.
Also available are a set of RED primes lenses, which are PL mounted, and a Century PL-P X2 extender, Steadicam Flyer LE, Libec Jib Arm and an Egripment Focus Dolly and Track Kit.
The Production Depot also has a number of monitors for sale, including three Panasonic 17” HD monitors, TV Logic and a Canon battery packs.
The Production Depot has supplied a number of high-profile projects in 2012, including BBC drama ‘Ripper Street’, which shot over 19 weeks in Dublin, BBC Drama ‘Vexed’, feature film ‘Standby’, RTÉ series ‘Raw’, which recently wrapped filming in Dublin, and ITV drama ‘Life of Crime’, which is wrapping production in Ireland this weekend.
The Depot is starting off 2013 with a 20-week shoot on Jam Media’s ‘Roy’, which is due to begin shooting in Ardmore Studios in January.
